Booking Times & Days:
- Sunday – Thursday: 09:30-16:30
- Friday – Saturday: 09:30-20:00
Available Sessions: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00
Booking Details: To secure your booking, tickets must be purchased online.
Deposit Policy: Payments are non-refundable if cancellations or postponements are made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Group Size: 2-7 people per room per booking
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to allow for an introduction, rules briefing, and signing of the indemnity form.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will result in a reduction of your session time, as sessions must start on time to accommodate all guests.
Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is complete, your game cannot be cancelled or refunded. A game may only be postponed if you provide notice at least 24 hours in advance and subject to the availability of an alternative timeslot
